πŸ“¦ Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original packaging with all BUGBLUF tags still attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email)

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Bundle offers (unless the entire bundle is returned)

How to Return or Exchange

Contact Us

Email support@bugbluf.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason. Include photos if the item arrived damaged.

Get Approved

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 business hours with approval and return instructions.

Ship It Back

Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Use a trackable shipping method β€” BUGBLUF is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund or Exchange Processed

Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 days to reflect in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a BUGBLUF error (wrong item sent, defective product).

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your item for a different size. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we'll issue a store credit or full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, email us at support@bugbluf.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund β€” no questions asked.
