We ship every BUGBLUF order with care. Whether you're in Mumbai or Melbourne, here's everything you need to know about how we get your pieces to you.
Domestic Shipping — India

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. BUGBLUF is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of dispatch. Use this to monitor your order in real time. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@bugbluf.com.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. BUGBLUF is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@bugbluf.com — we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, email us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos (if applicable) and we will resolve it promptly.
