Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse any collection, select your size, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, head to checkout — we accept all major UPI apps, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. International orders can pay via card or PayPal.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to change or cancel, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order at support@bugbluf.com. After that window, the order will already be in fulfilment.

I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, email us at support@bugbluf.com with your name and order details and we'll sort it immediately.

Sizing & Fit

How do BUGBLUF pieces fit?

All BUGBLUF tees are cut in an oversized silhouette with a drop shoulder. If you prefer a true oversized look, stick to your regular size. If you like it baggier, size up. Our model is 6'1" wearing size L.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes — each product page has a detailed size guide with chest width, length, and shoulder measurements. When in doubt, measure a tee you already love and compare.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Domestic (India): 4–7 business days. Express: 2–3 business days (available at checkout). International: 10–18 business days depending on destination country.

Is free shipping available?

Yes — free standard shipping on all Indian orders above ₹2,999. International orders are charged based on destination.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order at Track Your Order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Email us at support@bugbluf.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Product Care

How should I care for my BUGBLUF pieces?

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Avoid tumble drying — lay flat or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on any graphic print. Proper care keeps your pieces in premium condition for years.
